WOW Girl
As it is the beginning of spring and there is the age old adage that this is the beginning of new life in nature – flowers blooming, nests full of baby birds, rabbit holes over flowing with baby rabbits. It is impossible to escape the warmer weather bringing out skimpier clothing and the desires for love blooming in our hearts.
For some it isn’t love, but it is lust, simply the desire to have sexual cravings met outside of the model of love in marriage. I’m sure that many men and women wishing to keep their hearts pure are happy about the great Hollywood cover-up taking place, no matter how slow it may seem.
I was in a restaurant recently with my fiancé and there were a couple teenage girls eating right next to us. They got up to leave and I glanced at them and noticed one had a skirt on that could not have been more than 18 inches in length – total, and she felt the need to adjust herself top & bottom right there in front of us. Of course I understand when you are wearing next to nothing; you need to make sure nothing is showing that you don’t want to, but perhaps that’s why you should wear a little bit more?
There are many beautiful women in this world and some can make you say “WOW”, when you see them. Very few can make your heart say “WOW” at the same time. I could not be happier that I found a woman that makes my heart stop and start at the same time while it explodes with joy to be in her presence.
Our purity is very important to us because we are Christian. We seek to honor God, by waiting until marriage to begin our physical relationship. The beginning of spring and the mark of new life all around us makes us look to the Lord for our strength even more. It is a reminder of the promises we have made to Him, who has made us, and the promises we have made to each other. It is a reminder of the promises, the vows, we will be making to one another before God and to God in September. Our relationship is based on a mutual love for Jesus Christ and it is through our relationship with Him, that our love and relationship with each other is even possible. I love my WOW Girl and I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with her and only her!
